We are a women's and girls karate club in Dorset with the aim of empowerment through martial arts.
We welcome girls and women of all ages and fitness levels, with most of our students being new to martial arts and sports.

Monday Evenings
5-5:50 pm: Peewee Dragons (5-10 year old girls)
6-7pm Junior Ninjas (11-15 year old girls)
7-8pm Women (16+)
Please arrive 10 minutes early. If it's your first class, contact Heidi on Whatsapp/text to let her know you or your child are coming.
Where?
Based in Gillingham, Dorset, we're located inside of The Blackmore Vale Karate Club. This is next to the sweet shop off the roundabout at the top of Gillingham High Street.
Cost
Please contact us about PAYG or monthly payments. Sibling and group discounts available.
After your first month, you pay a £20 annual membership fee for the whole year which includes a badge for your gi.
You can pay in cash or bank transfer.
